Will you help and sponsor a pony like Jim?

Forres, Nairn and District Riding for the Disabled group is pleased to share the benefits of its pony sponsorship scheme and to invite businesses, companies, families or individuals to sponsor a pony to help us continue to provide this valuable service .

Contributing to our organisation can have several benefits:

help vulnerable children gain more from education
promote your business
commemorate a loved one
provide a beneficiary for sports competitions & events.

What are we offering to business sponsors?

Quality posters showing your company logo with information for display at our riding sessions and public events
The facility to use photos in your own company advertising, web site, social media etc.
Your company logo displayed on the home page of the RDA Forres & Nairn website
Regular mentions and photos on our Facebook page which now has 700+ followers
A priority invitation to all our events, Open Days, social get-togethers
Your company information displayed at any fundraising events that we attend e.g. Highland Games, Agricultural Shows, Summer Fetes, Sponsored Walks, Christmas Fayres, Toun Mercats.
A regular section in our newsletter circulated to the schools, children and their families — as well as our volunteers and other supporters.

Individual/Private/Part Sponsorship

Why not get together with family, friends or colleagues to sponsor a pony? Hold a fundraising event at work, or, as Margaret and John did during lockdown, donate the money saved on dining out and entertainment to sponsoring Aria.

What will it cost?

For each school year (term time September to June), the cost to sponsor one pony for one child to ride for 32 weeks is £500. This can be paid as a one-off payment or in instalments – which can be discussed to suit you.

Companies who provide sponsorship payments, or donations, to a charity may qualify for tax relief.
